SEPP is a program that strives to promote and model best practices and participatory inclusion in its aim to eliminate sexual exploitation through education and training.

To promote experiential participation in a broad range of services and programs.

To provide employment, training and mentorship to persons impacted by sexual exploitation.

SEPP was started by a survivor of sexual exploitation and a trained public speaker. 

All of those who recive employment opportunities and who develop the workshops and training have personal lived experience in the sex trade and sexual explotation trade.




Amanda Bonella, who also started the PEERS Vancouver program and the SurreyGirlz program began creating SEPP in the year 2000 when she began to exit the sex trade at the age of 23. 

Through her employment as the Director of Public Education at PEERS Victoria she began to develop and pilot various ideas and training models.  Today more than 4500 youth have recived and raved about, the SEPP experinece. 

In addition, hundreds of professional have recived the Professional Training Course with ALL stated in their evalutations that they recomend others recieve this training!
